if you are a brick in the blue wall you have no integrity

In law enforcement, the "blue wall" refers to the "Blue Wall of Silence," an unspoken code of conduct among officers to protect fellow officers by not reporting their errors, misconduct, or crimes. This cultural phenomenon fosters loyalty but also hinders accountability by suppressing internal whistleblowers, making it difficult to address police misconduct and ensure justice.
Neither of the men depicted above have integrity, they care more about keeping their jobs than protecting the public. They care more about loyalty to each other than upholding their oaths.
“Integrity is our first and foremost value – and it is at the heart of every decision we make. I am proud our employees choose to be honest and to treat people fairly. This is the only way to retain the trust of the community, which is our fundamental responsibility.” - Sheriff Matt Clifford

It's one thing to break your oath, not follow your policy, lose control of your weapon but then to lie about what happened on cam and in written statements after the fact is nothing less than reprehensible.

To serve the public in any capacity is a privilege and not a right. In Law Enforcement or in Real Estate to serve the public with integrity is foremost. If one is not honest when it involves other lives, wellbings and finances they should not serve in those positions of trust. The difference is, there is no "Blue Wall" in the Real Estate market.
I know a man that walked away from the Texas Rangers in about 1900 because of the "Blue Wall". Yes the "Blue Wall" has been around and active for over 125 years. And the truth is the
"Blue Wall" will continue until the Second Coming.
No, we don't think Matthew Clifford would sell his soul for $1680 but we do believe his Ada County Sheriff's Department operates as part of the "Blue Wall". Knowing his K9 Handler Deputy Orcutt was negligent Sheriff Clifford called the victim and offered to pay all of his medical expenses but never disciplined Deputy Orcutt for his reckless negligence that evening. How many subordinates (Deputies) donated cash to their boss the Sheriff (Top Cop) after a Tort Claim was filed against them (Brian Orcutt). It makes one wonder.
Why do some Cops lie to cover up their mistakes of negligence?
Because, “The heart is more deceitful than all else And is desperately sick;
Who can know it?
I, Yahweh, search the heart; I test the inmost being,
Even to give to each man according to his ways,
According to the fruit of his deeds.
As a partridge that hatches eggs which it has not laid,
So is he who makes a fortune, but unjustly;
In the midst of his days it will forsake him,
And in the end he will be a wicked fool.”
A gun and a badge does not make you a man, the "Blue Wall"
will lead you to the abyss but know "know the truth,
and the truth will make you free." - YHWH
